About Me

I have been a Spiritual Entrepreneur for nearly three decades. In 2001, I founded Spiritual Reflections with the vision of creating a sacred space dedicated to personal transformation, energy medicine and spiritual growth. My passion lies in helping individuals connect with their own intuition, intention and inspiration.

Born amidst the heather-covered  hills of Scotland, near the Stone of Destiny, I was aware from a young age that I was highly sensitive to the energy of others. What was often mistaken for being overly sensitive, I soon discovered was actually an empathic ability to truly feel and understand another's emotions and see life through their lens.

At 17, I began meditating daily and embarked on a journey to deepen spirituality and deepen my knowledge in the self-help movement. I studied under Louise Hay, a pioneer in the field and the best-selling author of You Can Heal Your Life, where I learned how the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected in healing and transformation. Since then, my training and thirst for knowledge have been constant.

Though I found success in the corporate world, I always felt drawn to follow my heart's calling. There is no greater joy for me than seeing others transform and grow.​

 I was introduced to Reiki in the 1980's and it had an immediate impact on my life. It allowed me to channel my energy for a greater purpose. Today, as a Reiki Master/Teacher, I have guided hundreds of people in discovering the transformative power of energy healing. I also have attuned and trained numerous students, helping them become active Reiki Practitioners and Master/Teachers. I've had the privilege of speaking at organizations like Aveda and the Bette Stephenson Centre for Learning sharing the benefits of reiki. 

 

I am also a ordained Metaphysical Minister and Wedding Officiant, registered with the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry. I believe wholeheartedly that spirituality connects the self, soul and source. Officiating weddings brings me immense joy, which inspired the creation of my brand Wellness, Weddings and Wisdom. I still get goosebumps with every ceremony. 

 

My days are filled with the blessings of being a mom, consulting clients, officiating wedding ceremonies, conducting baby blessings, designing workshops and online classes, creating content for my YouTube videos for my channel (Wellness, Weddings, Wisdom). Each day, I take a moment to appreciate how grateful I am!
